Great and quick experience

Everyone was great during the sale could not ask for better hunter and sandy were great

Working with the service department was very good. Hats off to Rick Adams. Only problem was it took 3 attempts to get a good replacement part. The service was great no complaints there just a little frustrating when the parts were defective

RICK was very helpful, work was performed in a timely manner. I spoke with the tech Danny who was very professional. I highly recommend this facility ,and we will be taking all of our warranty here from now on even though they are an hour away and we have a gm dealership one block away it was well worth the trip

The service was great. I had a scheduled time and was in at that time. After the inspection and service was completed they came and reported the results. I was very pleased with the process. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I would recommend Eagle Chevrolet for all your vehicle needs. From purchase to after purchase services. All are very customer oriented to ensure the best service anywhere.

The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Made an appointment for 12:00 and never heard a word from them, tried to call every number associated with the dealership/service department with zero answer or call back. Went to the service department at 4:30 and my vehicle was still on the lift. They didn’t even have the part that needed to be replaced and did not notify me they would have to order it. Zero help, and Zero communication.
