MOREHEAD, KY | 2026 GMC TerrainOctober 1, 2025I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 am. Dropped the car off at 10 am. Called to check on status of vehicle at 1 pm and was advised the service had just begun. Had to call back at 2:40 pm and was advised vehicle was ready. 4 hours to get oil change and tire rotation.
