    I believe the team is great at what they do. Right from customer service to car service. I only got to know Mr. Rick's ( Mr. Rick Adams) name. Rick was fantastic. The mechanic was very thorough with his work. The young man beside Rick was very nice each time I was there. They provided complementary rides to my work place at MSU because I had a broken foot. They showed a lot of humanness in their service. Thank you Rick and your team. I will return for service any time.

    I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 am. Dropped the car off at 10 am. Called to check on status of vehicle at 1 pm and was advised the service had just begun. Had to call back at 2:40 pm and was advised vehicle was ready. 4 hours to get oil change and tire rotation. Very poor
